In order to ensure that all requested services are available, we recommend you make your booking well in advance. This is especially important if you are planning your trip during busy travel season.

In order to book a trip, please contact us by e-mail at contact@traveltonatureasia.com, we will respond to you within 24 hours. To work out a first draft itinerary we need to fully understand your specific requirements for which we request you provide us with the following: 1) name 2) number of participants (indicate age as well) 3) trip name or your choice of destinations 4) travel dates 5) tour guide language preference 6) international flights details (if available) 7) hotel category and room type Or any additional information that you think we should know about.

We are mainly focused on private and personalized holidays, catering to your specific needs. However, we offer some trips for group travel with fixed travel dates.

Travel insurance is compulsory on all our trips. Please get your travel insurance from a reliable provider according to your trip difficulty and activity. For instance, helicopter rescue should be covered while going for high altitude treks but may not require for wildlife tours. For further information on travel insurance please contact us.

Tipping is not compulsory on our trips but it is generally expected. Basically, if you are happy with your trip or their service, then you can offer some. Though there is no hard and fast rule for tipping, we include a tipping guideline in your travel information packet.
